S1EP21: Advocating for Yourself As a Woman of Color with Shobna Kannusamy

Do you identify as a woman of color (WOC)? What does advocating for yourself as a woman of color look like? In today's episode, Shobna and I dive into her journey of learning how to advocate for herself, which has helped her make several shifts in her life. We also dive into what it means to advocate for yourself as a WOC and how to unravel the societal, cultural, and gender narratives that limit us as WOC.

I hope that Shobna's story and our conversation empower you to identify what it means to advocate for yourself as a woman of color in any aspect of your life.
