S1EP14: Honoring Rest and Emotional Needs as a Teacher with Erika So

Welcome to another episode during Teacher Appreciation Week to celebrate and honor you, the teacher and educator who is making the biggest impact on our future generation. In today's episode, Erika So and I chat about the importance of rest, addressing your emotional needs as a teacher, and reaching out for support.

Erika So is a Happiness Coach and Middle School Teacher who has learned how to turn her High Sensitivity into her superpower. She is the Founder of Begin Branching Out, which empowers changemakers to create space for rest and play instead of pouring endlessly from an empty cup. When she's not working with clients or students, she's playing games with her family, journaling, or cuddling with her animals.

Check out Erika's free GRACE resource that'll help you decompress from an exhausting day. As a friendly reminder, go and check out the free Teacher's Corner Wellness Resources, where the link to Erika's free GRACE resource will also be available. Connect with Erika: Instagram: @beginbranchingout
