Hey friends, welcome to the Jammin’ with Jocelyn podcast, the show for people who want to be inspired and live life with more joy and awareness. I created this show to discuss interesting, inspiring, nuanced, and paradoxical topics through fun, soulful conversations and my insights and curiosities. I believe that we can have deep conversations infused with joy and laughter and that everyone has the wisdom to share. 

So you’re probably wondering, who am I? Well, My name is Jocelyn Auyeung. I run a coaching business called Jocelyn Auyeung Coaching as a Certified Life and Leadership Coach. My business motto is: Create to Serve. 

Previous work I’ve done was 15 years in the Public Education Industry as a teacher, instructional coach, and reading specialist, and three years in the Investment Banking industry. I am a wife and mother of 2 girls, and I love to read, write, camp, hike, the redwoods, the beach, and sleep.
