S4EP3: Finding Balance and Navigating Postpartum with Reem Labib Tyson

Welcome to another episode of the Empowered Working Mom Revolution podcast. Our mission is to share the unique stories of working moms, whether they work outside the home or are stay-at-home moms. Through storytelling, we aim to connect, support, and inspire each other.

In today's episode, Jocelyn chats with Reem Labib Tyson to discuss a topic that isn't talked about enough—postpartum depression and the postpartum experience. Reem shares her personal journey through postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage, and how she navigated these challenges while balancing her career and motherhood.

Reem, an educator, and founder of EDspired, a boutique consulting firm, also touches on the importance of prioritizing oneself to be the best version for others. She shares her insights on balancing multiple identities and making difficult decisions as a working mom.
