You have the impressive job. The hard-earned title. Maybe even the thing you thought you always wanted.

But you're dying inside.

Everyone thinks you should stay:

"But you're so close to VP..."
"But you have tenure..."
"But you've invested so much..."
"But this is such a great opportunity..."

Your soul knows you need to go.

Here's what I know for sure: Your intuition is wise and never wrong.

You don't need help figuring it out.

You need permission to honor what you already know—even when it terrifies you.

You already know. Let’s honor it.

For people whose logic says stay but whose soul says go: You've achieved what you thought you wanted, but something's missing. You already know what needs to change—you just haven't given yourself permission to honor it. I help you see the truth you've been holding and choose yourself—even when it terrifies you.

Hi, I’m Jocelyn Auyeung.

I've cried in my car at a breaking point three times in my life.

Each time, my logic said stay.
Each time, my soul said go.
Each time, I chose my soul.

The first time, I was working at an investment bank—great salary, impressive title, my parents were proud. But I was dying inside.

The second time, I was 10 years into teaching with tenure and a pension. I was the teacher others observed, and I loved my students. But burnout was coming.

The third time, I was an instructional coach fighting uphill against a system that resisted change—even after investing in my coaching certification when my husband wasn't working.

Each time, my analytical self told me to stay.

Each time, I chose my soul anyway.

I know what it's like to be in a career that looks good on paper but feels soul-crushing. I know the 2 AM doubt, the financial fear, and the pressure from people who think you're crazy. And I know how to navigate the messy middle—because I've done it three times.

Today, I help people navigate their own "logic says stay, soul says go" moments. My coaching combines practical strategy with the emotional work of honoring what you already know—shaped by my experience as a Mental Health Coach at Lyra and my training as an ICF-certified coach.

Because your intuition is wise and is never wrong. And sometimes you just need someone who's been there to help you trust it.

What We Work On

This isn't about figuring out what to do—you already know. This is about honoring that knowing and choosing yourself.

Together, we work on:

  • Trusting your intuition (even when your analytical self screams "STAY")

  • Giving yourself permission to choose yourself (when everyone thinks you should stay)

  • Trusting your soul over external validation (the title, the tenure, the "success")

  • Moving from knowing to acting (when you know what needs to change but are terrified)

  • Navigating the identity shift (when you're no longer "the impressive job title")

  • Choosing meaning over achievement (when success feels empty)

  • Building the courage to leave what looks good on paper

Together, we'll help you see what's been true all along, trust what you already know, and choose yourself—even when it terrifies you.
