  • Mental Well-Being Coaching is similar to seeing a Physical Therapist. It’s a collaborative, active, and present-focused intervention that equips you with skills to navigate through challenging life situations. The main goal is to foster your growth as a client, encouraging you to become your own coach over time.

  • Therapy is similar to going to the emergency room in a hospital. Therapists are licensed clinicians supporting clients who are experiencing severe symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, mental health diagnoses such as PTSD and suicidal thoughts, and any other symptoms that require specialized clinical support.

  • Coaching is a goal-oriented, active process between the client and the coach.

    The coach is your guide to help you break through your mental roadblocks to achieve your goals. Coaching is NOT advice giving or consulting.

    At the end of the day, find a coach that you feel safe and comfortable building a relationship with.

    I always encourage my clients to try a session with a coach. Consider it a vibe check between you and the coach.

I’m a certified coach with a heart for leadership nd mental well-being. I provide Leadership & Mental Well-Being coaching for individuals in my private practice. I am also a Mental Health Coach with Lyra Health.

IIn addition to Leadership and Mental Well-Being coaching individuals, I’m also the host of the Empowered Working Mom Revolution Podcast, where our mission is to uplift and unite all working moms through the art of storytelling, and the Founder of NurturED Solutions, where our mission is to equip K-12 educational institutions with the tools, training, and support needed to cultivate caring environments that enhance the well-being and performance of school leaders, educators, and staff.

My coaching style is nurturing, genuine, insightful, and fun. I love helping people like you explore your values, thoughts, emotions, and behavior, which expands your self-awareness and empowerment to create a more fulfilling life.
